What is PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)?

Basic ideas of PLC
PLC is a programmable logic controller. PLC is a device that can easily control other instruments, in some cases it acts as an alternative to microcontroller. The difference between the microcontroller and the PL sign is that the microcontroller is required to write the program, but it can be easily done through the PL Siey Ladder Diagram.
How it works
It is a type of microprocessor base control system. There is a programmable memory in it, there are various types of instructions stored in this memory, through which functions such as logical logical, timing, sequencing etc. are performed. It basically works like a microcontroller, but its main difference with the microcontroller is that it is used to control high power control systems in the industry, while the microcontroller is used to control low power and fine control systems.
According to PLC work, the input signal that will be given in the first step is processed through the Ledger diagram and the desired output signal will be available in the second step, which can be easily controlled by other devices.
PLC requirements:
Used in any machine installation, chemical industry, Neoclassia Power Generation Plant, Home Automation, Automated Industry.
How PLC works:
PLC consists of three sections.
1.Central Processing Unit
2. Input / Output
3. Power Sapplai
Hope to see the mistake in the first instance as a graceful sight.
