Use a microcontroller and create a regulated 5v power supply.

In the last phase, we discussed about microcontroller and microprocessor, and learned about the features of the PIC16F877 microcontroller. What kind of microcontroller is used today? What are the advantages of using microcontroller in electronic control systems and how to make power supply for microcontrollers?
Use of microcontrollers
Before learning the microcontroller, we need to know about the microcontroller The microcontroller is basically used to create an electronic control system. Microcontrollers are widely used in various devices, such as digital clock, calculator, counter, security system, motor control system, relay control system, remote control, LED display system, timer, robot, sensor controlled system etc.
At present, we have heard about the different types of automated machines, which allow them to create different types of products without any hands-on touch, and the quality of these products is also good enough. Generally microcontroller-controlled robots were used to make these automated machines.
Microcontrollers are also used to generate electric and digital signals of different types. Microcontroller is also used to generate AC sign waves from UPS or IPSA DC source.
5v power supply for microcontroller
For the microcontroller like other electronic ic chips, DC boasing is also provided. Most of the popular microcontrollers work well at 5v So we should create a 5v regulated piar supply.
Required circuits diagram for the 5v power supply
Requisite Materials for the 5v power supply
1 Transformer can be 230: 9v, 230: 12v.
4 IN4007 Rectifier Diodes
1 470uF and two 0.1uF capacitors.
1 LM7805 voltage regulator IC.
Work procedure
The transformer used in the circuit is not a problem, using a normal quality 230: 9v step-down transformer, 230: 12v. 230: 9v Transformer receives 230v AC input and returns 9v AC in output and 230: 12v Transformer receives 230V AC input and returns 12v AC in output.
The rectification function was performed by making a bridge rectifier circuit using four IN4007 diodes, through which the transformer output is 9v AC to 9v DC.
The output of the bridge rectifier circuit is usually available in pulsating DC, which has an AC effect, so using a 470uF capacitor, pulseting DC is smooth DC.
Using the LM7805 voltage regulator IC and two 0.1uF capacitors displayed in circuits diagram, 9v or 12v DC is brought in regulated 5v, which is suitable for airing microcontrollers.
