Program Transfer and Online Editing

Today there will be “Program Transfer” and “Online Editing”.
The remaining parts to create and modify today’s textbook programs Which started from the 10th episode.
Program Transfer:
To transfer a program, the PLC must be placed in stop mode. To do this, there is a key switch between PLC’s CPU and it should be placed in the stop position. This work can also be done through software, if PLC is running. Remote options work in this situation. When PLC runs the program to try to download or download, it will automatically move to stop mode and after downloading the program, the PLC will start with the remote option. Follow the steps below to transfer.
1) In the online menu, select Write to PLC.
2) Select Param + Prog
3) Click Execute.
The program will display the download process in the Progress bar, and when the download is complete, a pop-up dialog box appears to have finished downloading. Now press OK. Switch to PLC in Run mode.
There are two more options in the online menu, Read from PLC and Verify.
“Read from PLC” This allows developers to upload programs from PLC through GX developers and they can be viewed. It is possible to change the PLC program by using it. See how to do it below.
4) Read from PLC.
5) Select Param + Prog.
6) Click Execute.
7) If all is well then a pop up box will appear, then press OK.
“Verify” This makes PLC compare the display program with its own program. This is especially used, if anybody is suspected of any change in the program at work. If the programmer has made a mistake in the event of a mistake, it can be possible to restore the program to its previous state. See how to do it.
8) Select Verify with PLC.
9) Select Param + Prog.
10) Click Execute.
11) To close the Verify screen, right click on the upper X.
GX Developers will show you a list of variable differences by comparing programs.
If the END statement is not written at the end of the program, then the unlimited time or error can be shown from the download. So this statement is very important. The PLC must have the proper communication with the PC. And it is through the data cable. Communication error in wrong connection will show.
Editing Online:
We have now come to know how to write a small program and it can be downloaded to PLC. But the program we have written is on a computer, which is called Offline Editing. If the PLC stop by connecting to the computer PLC and downloading / downloading the program, the internal program can be changed directly, it is called online editing.
Beadra: One thing to note is that it is possible to do the same with the RIM and EEPIMs for online editing of the PLLs.
See how to do it.
1) Click on the online pull-down menu.
2) Go to Monitor.
3) Click on Write Mode.
4) Change the required steps, which are as below to see.
If there is any change in laddar step, then the program must be converted.
Right now your program has got place in PLC’s memory, but you did not get a hard disk space. So now save a good time in your project on your computer.
The circuit that you have created is called it and the circuit (LATCH and HOLD) is called Circuit. This is a very common circuit. X10 is a temporary contact, such as a pushbutton, that starts a machine. Without a branch, a machine will run as long as you keep pushbutton in Push condition. In this situation X10 is off, but Y0 will continue and the branch will continue (though it will have to push on for the first time). As long as you do not stop by X11 pushbutton, the machine will continue (ie, Y0 will be output).
